Article R742-8 of the French Consumer Code

The operative part of the opening judgment shall indicate the address to which the declaration of claims must be submitted and the time limit within which this declaration must be made.
It notes, where appropriate of its own motion, that claims previously made before the protection litigation judge and concerning the same debtor have lost their object.
It recalls the provisions of article L. 742-7.

Le dispositif du jugement d’ouverture indique l’adresse à laquelle doit être présentée la déclaration de créances et le délai dans lequel cette déclaration doit être réalisée.
Il constate, le cas échéant d’office, que les demandes antérieurement formulées devant le juge des contentieux de la protection et concernant le même débiteur ont perdu leur objet.
Il rappelle les dispositions de l’article L. 742-7.
