Article R7422-12 of the French Labour Code

The times for carrying out work in the home, the custom prices or wages applicable to such work and the workshop and ancillary costs shall be permanently displayed by the client in the waiting rooms and in those where the raw materials or objects are handed over to the worker and the articles received after execution.
These provisions do not apply to workers’ private homes, when the delivery of these raw materials or objects and the receipt of the goods are carried out there by the clients or their intermediaries.

Les temps d’exécution des travaux à domicile, les prix de façon ou les salaires applicables à ces travaux et les frais d’atelier et frais accessoires sont affichés en permanence par le donneur d’ouvrage dans les locaux d’attente ainsi que dans ceux où la remise au travailleur des matières premières ou objets et la réception des articles après exécution est réalisée.
Ces dispositions ne s’appliquent pas au domicile privé des travailleurs, lorsque la remise de ces matières premières ou objets et la réception des marchandises y sont réalisées par les donneurs d’ouvrages ou leurs intermédiaires.
