Article R743-142-2 of the French Commercial code

For the registrations and amending registrations in the commercial agents’ register mentioned in table 2 of article appendix 4-7, the fee relating to each service is subject to a reduction set by the order provided for in article L. 444-3 when registration or deregistration is carried out pursuant to articles R. 743-162 and R. 743-168 of this code.

Pour les immatriculations et inscriptions modificatives au registre des agents commerciaux mentionnées au tableau 2 de l’article annexe 4-7, l’émolument afférent à chaque prestation fait l’objet d’une minoration fixée par l’arrêté prévu à l’article L. 444-3 lorsque l’immatriculation ou la radiation est effectuée en application des articles R. 743-162 et R. 743-168 du présent code.
