Article R743-142-5 of the French Commercial code

The following provisions apply to the category of miscellaneous advertising mentioned in Table 2 of Appendix 4-7:

1° The emolument relating to the deferral of registration by the registrar includes, where applicable, any subsequent cancellation ;

2° The fee for the registration of a protest includes all formalities, in particular the receipt of the copy of the protest, the issue of a receipt and the entry in the register and files, as well as, in the case of cheque protests, the receipt and transmission of the copy intended for the public prosecutor;

3° When the registration or cancellation of a deed or judgment transferring, constituting or declaring ownership or a right in rem is required on several river boats, the fee for this service is subject to a reduction for each boat other than the first, in proportions set by the joint order provided for in Article L. 444-3.

Les dispositions suivantes s’appliquent à la catégorie des publicités diverses mentionnée au tableau 2 de l’article annexe 4-7 :

1° L’émolument afférent au report d’inscription par le greffier inclut, le cas échéant, toute radiation consécutive ;

2° L’émolument afférent à l’inscription d’un protêt inclut l’ensemble des formalités, notamment la réception de la copie du protêt, la délivrance d’un récépissé et l’inscription sur le registre et fichiers, ainsi que, en ce qui concerne les protêts de chèques, la réception et la transmission de la copie destinée au procureur de la République ;

3° Lorsque l’inscription ou la radiation d’un acte ou jugement translatif, constitutif ou déclaratif de propriété ou de droit réel est requise sur plusieurs bateaux de rivière, l’émolument afférent à cette prestation fait l’objet d’une minoration pour chaque bateau autre que le premier, dans des proportions fixées par l’arrêté conjoint prévu à l’article L. 444-3.
