I.-For the category of acts of the professional recovery procedure mentioned in table 2 of article appendix 4-7, the emolument breaks down into:
1° A principal emolument and a fixed fee for transmission, fixed per debtor;
2° Two fixed accessory emoluments, which may be collected, for the first, for each procedure before the judge assigned to rule on an application for deferment or deferment of payment pursuant to article L. 645-6 and, for the second, in the event of the opening of compulsory liquidation proceedings pursuant to Article L. 645-9.
II.-The fee referred to in I does not include the fees, costs and disbursements resulting from the services provided for in Title V of Book VI in the category of “Judicial acts” mentioned in Table 2 of Appendix Article 4-7, as well as the costs of copies of acts or documents issued to the parties.
III.-The emolument mentioned in 1° of I does not include the costs of bailiffs or costs relating to legal announcement media and the Bulletin officiel des annonces civiles et commerciales.
IV.-In the event of the opening of a judicial liquidation under the conditions provided for in Article L. 645-9, the applicable fee is that provided for in Article R. 743-142-6, less any sums due in respect of the main fee pursuant to 1° of I.
