Humanitarian associations shall have access, under the conditions set out in this sub-section, to places of detention.
This access must not hinder the operation of the place of detention or the activities carried out there by the State services and legal entities mentioned in articles R. 744-20 and R. 744-21.
Les associations humanitaires ont accès, dans les conditions fixées par la présente sous-section, aux lieux de rétention.
Cet accès ne doit pas entraver le fonctionnement du lieu de rétention ni les activités qu’y exercent les services de l’Etat et les personnes morales mentionnés aux articles R. 744-20 et R. 744-21.
