Article R752-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Office des Postes et Télécommunications may exceptionally authorise overdrafts on the accounts it manages under conditions defined by an agreement concluded with the account holders. This agreement sets the maximum amount of overdrafts authorised and the method of calculating the charges to which they give rise.

Article R752-3

L’Office des postes et télécommunications peut, à titre exceptionnel, autoriser des découverts sur les comptes qu’il gère dans des conditions définies par une convention conclue avec les titulaires des comptes. Cette convention fixe notamment le montant maximum des dépassements de provision autorisés et le mode de calcul des agios auxquels ils donnent lieu.
