Paragraph 2: Overdrafts on accounts managed by the Post and Telecommunications Office

The Office des Postes et Télécommunications may exceptionally authorise overdrafts on the accounts it manages under conditions defined by an agreement concluded with the account holders. This agreement sets the maximum amount of overdrafts authorised and the method of calculating the charges to which they give rise.
