Article R752-44-13 of the French Commercial code

The prefect immediately sends the certificate of conformity by electronic means for information to the mayor of the commune in which the site is located and to the president of the public inter-communal cooperation establishment with its own tax system of which the commune in which the site is located is a member.

The prefect immediately sends the certificate of conformity electronically to the government department responsible for carrying out economic studies in the area of commerce, as referred to in article L. 751-9.

The certificate of compliance is accompanied by the table referred to in articles R. 752-16 and R. 752-38. It is not compulsory to send the appendices.

Le préfet transmet sans délai, par voie électronique, le certificat de conformité pour information au maire de la commune d’implantation et au président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre dont la commune d’implantation est membre.

Le préfet transmet, sans délai, par voie électronique, le certificat de conformité au service de l’Etat chargé de la réalisation d’études économiques en matière de commerce mentionné à l’article L. 751-9.

Le certificat de conformité est accompagné du tableau mentionné aux articles R. 752-16 et R. 752-38. La transmission des annexes n’est pas obligatoire.
