Article R7523-1 of the French Labour Code

For the application of article R. 7122-30 to Mayotte, the words: “and occupying one of the jobs defined by the agreement relating to the application of the unemployment insurance scheme to these professions provided for in article L. 5422-20” are replaced by the words: “and, where applicable, occupying one of the jobs defined by the agreement provided for in paragraph 2 of article L. 5524-2”.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article R. 7122-30, les mots : “ et occupant un des emplois définis par l’accord relatif à l’application du régime d’assurance chômage à ces professions prévu à l’article L. 5422-20 ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ et, le cas échéant, occupant un des emplois définis par l’accord prévu à l’alinéa 2 de l’article L. 5524-2 ”.
