The procedures for applying the provisions of articles R. 7111-2 to R. 7111-35, relating to the professional identity card and the professional journalists’ identity card commission, are determined in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin by order of the State representative in the department or local authority.
For the application of article R. 7122-30 to Mayotte, the words: “and occupying one of the jobs defined by the agreement relating to the application of the unemployment insurance scheme to these professions provided for in article L. 5422-20” are replaced by the words: “and, where applicable, occupying one of the jobs defined by the agreement provided for in paragraph 2 of article L. 5524-2”.
For the application of article R. 7122-31 in Mayotte: 1° Le b du 1° est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes: ” b) Article 1er du décret n° 98-1162 du 16 décembre 1998 et article R. 243-13 du code de la sécurité sociale ” ; 2° c of 2° does not apply.
For the application of article R. 7213-7 in Mayotte, the words: “months from May to October inclusive” are replaced by the words: “months from July to December inclusive”.
For the application in Mayotte of articles D. 7231-1, R. 7232-20 and R. 7232-22, the words: “L. 241-10 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “28-8-1 of Ordinance no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 relating to the improvement of public health, sickness, maternity, invalidity and death insurance, the financing of social security in Mayotte and the Mayotte Social Security Fund”.
