Article R754-14 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The decision to grant asylum protection is transmitted to the place of detention by secure electronic means.
It is notified to the person concerned through administrative channels by the authority holding the asylum applications in the place of detention.
On the basis of this decision, the detention is immediately terminated.

Article R754-14

La décision d’admission au bénéfice d’une protection au titre de l’asile est transmise au lieu de rétention par voie électronique sécurisée.
Elle est notifiée à l’intéressé par la voie administrative par l’autorité dépositaire des demandes d’asile dans le lieu de rétention.
Au vu de cette décision, il est immédiatement mis fin à la rétention.
