If the file contains all the documents required to examine the application for authorisation, the prefect will send the applicant, within fifteen days of receipt of the application, a receipt of deposit, which will mention the date before which the decision must be notified to the applicant and which will advise the applicant of the fact that, if no decision has been sent to the applicant before this date, the authorisation will be deemed to have been granted.
If the application is incomplete, the Prefect will, within fifteen days of receipt of the application, indicate to the applicant, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the additional documents that must be supplied within two months of the acknowledgement of receipt. In the absence of a response from the applicant within this period, the procedure is closed and the initial file is returned to the applicant. When all the documents have been produced, the first paragraph shall apply.
