If the file contains all the documents required to examine the application for authorisation, the prefect will send the applicant, within fifteen days of receipt of the application, a receipt of deposit, which will mention the date before which the decision must be notified to the applicant and which will advise the applicant of the fact that, if no decision has been sent to the applicant before this date, the authorisation will be deemed to have been granted.

If the application is incomplete, the Prefect will, within fifteen days of receipt of the application, indicate to the applicant, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the additional documents that must be supplied within two months of the acknowledgement of receipt. In the absence of a response from the applicant within this period, the procedure is closed and the initial file is returned to the applicant. When all the documents have been produced, the first paragraph shall apply.

Si le dossier contient toutes les pièces nécessaires à l’instruction de la demande d’autorisation, le préfet adresse au demandeur dans les quinze jours de réception de la demande un récépissé de dépôt, qui mentionne la date avant laquelle la décision doit lui être notifiée et qui l’avise du fait que, si aucune décision ne lui a été adressée avant cette date, l’autorisation sera réputée accordée.

Si le dossier est incomplet, le préfet, dans les quinze jours de la réception de la demande, indique au demandeur, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, les pièces complémentaires qui doivent être fournies dans un délai de deux mois à compter de l’avis de réception. En l’absence de réponse du demandeur dans ce délai, la procédure est close et le dossier initial est renvoyé au demandeur. Lorsque toutes les pièces ont été produites, il est fait application du premier alinéa.
