Article R761-18 of the French Commercial code

A disciplinary board is set up in each market. Except in the case of a warning, the matter shall be referred to it by the authority competent, pursuant to article R. 761-19, to impose the penalty envisaged.

Its composition and operation shall be laid down by order of the ministers responsible for trade and agriculture.

Un conseil de discipline est institué dans chaque marché. Sauf en cas d’avertissement, il est saisi par l’autorité compétente, en application de l’article R. 761-19, pour infliger la sanction envisagée.

Sa composition et son fonctionnement sont fixés par arrêté des ministres chargés du commerce et de l’agriculture.
