The holder of an exclusive occupation permit may, when he has been operating on the market for at least three years, present to the manager a successor who will be subrogated to his rights and obligations. Where the holder dies, the same right of presentation shall belong to his successors, who may use it for the benefit of one of their number.
The manager may not refuse the person presented as successor authorisation to establish himself on an exclusive basis in a market location if he meets the conditions laid down in Article R. 761-15 and if he carries on the same activities as his predecessor.
