When the court-appointed administrator wishes to change the mention of the speciality, civil or commercial, on the list provided for in Article L. 811-2 or add a new entry, the request for amendment or addition shall be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the secretariat of the commission.
It is accompanied by the certificate of achievement referred to in article R. 811-28-6 corresponding to the speciality mention applied for.
The commission decides on the request for modification or addition under the conditions laid down in articles R. 811-33 à R. 811-35.
