Article R811-33 of the French Commercial code

Before taking a decision, the committee requests the opinion of the National Council by registered letter with a request for a reasoned opinion of receipt. The Council has one month in which to give this opinion.

The commission, after hearing the Government Commissioner, takes a decision on registration or refusal of registration; it may also order further information. Reasons must be given for decisions to refuse registration.

The committee may hear any person it considers useful.

Avant de statuer, la commission demande l’avis du Conseil national par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis motivé de réception. Le conseil dispose d’un mois pour donner cet avis.

La commission prend, après avoir entendu le commissaire du Gouvernement, une décision d’inscription ou de refus d’inscription ; elle peut aussi ordonner un complément d’information. Les décisions de refus doivent être motivées.

La commission peut entendre toute personne dont l’audition lui paraît utile.
