Article R811-35 of the French Commercial code

The Commission’s decision is notified to the interested party, the President of the National Council and the Government Commissioner by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. It is also notified to the Minister of Justice in administrative form. When a registration decision is taken, a copy is sent to the president of the guarantee fund.

The letter of notification shall mention, on pain of nullity, the time limit for appeal and the methods by which this appeal may be exercised.

La décision de la commission est notifiée à l’intéressé, au président du Conseil national et au commissaire du Gouvernement par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception. Elle est également notifiée au garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, en la forme administrative.. Lorsqu’une décision d’inscription est prise, une copie en est adressée au président de la caisse de garantie.

La lettre de notification fait mention, à peine de nullité, du délai de recours et des modalités suivant lesquelles ce recours peut être exercé.
