Article R8114-4 of the French Labour Code

The proposed settlement shall mention :

1° The nature of the alleged offences and their legal classification ;

2° The amount of the penalties incurred;

3° The amount of the fine;

4° The deadlines for payment and, if applicable, for performance of the obligations;

5° Where applicable, the nature and terms of performance of the obligations imposed with a view to putting an end to the infringement, preventing its recurrence or bringing work situations back into compliance;

6° An indication that the proposal, once accepted by the offender, must be approved by the public prosecutor.

La proposition de transaction mentionne :

1° La nature des faits reprochés et leur qualification juridique ;

2° Le montant des peines encourues ;

3° Le montant de l’amende transactionnelle ;

4° Les délais impartis pour le paiement et, s’il y a lieu, pour l’exécution des obligations ;

5° Le cas échéant, la nature et les modalités d’exécution des obligations imposées en vue de faire cesser l’infraction, d’éviter son renouvellement ou de remettre en conformité les situations de travail ;

6° L’indication que la proposition, une fois acceptée par l’auteur de l’infraction, doit être homologuée par le procureur de la République.
