Article R8124-23 of the French Labour Code

Employees are bound by professional secrecy under the conditions laid down by law.

Inspection officers and prevention engineers are prohibited from disclosing any manufacturing secrets or operating processes of which they may become aware in the course of their duties.

Medical inspectors are bound by professional secrecy under the conditions set out in Articles L. 1413-15, R. 4127-4 and R. 4127-104 of the Public Health Code.

Les agents sont soumis au secret professionnel dans les conditions prévues par la loi.

Les agents de contrôle ainsi que les ingénieurs de prévention ont interdiction de révéler les secrets de fabrication et procédés d’exploitation dont ils pourraient prendre connaissance dans l’exercice de leurs fonctions.

Les médecins inspecteurs du travail sont soumis au secret professionnel dans les conditions prévues par les articles L. 1413-15 , R. 4127-4 et R. 4127-104 du code de la santé publique.
