Article R814-154 of the French Commercial code

A provisionally suspended partner practising within the company retains, for the duration of his suspension, his status as a partner with all the rights and obligations that this entails. However, his professional income is reduced by half, the other half being allocated in equal shares to the provisional administrators, whether or not they are partners or, if no provisional administrator is appointed, to those partners practising within the company who have not had their office provisionally suspended.

L’associé provisoirement suspendu exerçant au sein de la société conserve, pendant la durée de sa suspension, sa qualité d’associé avec tous les droits et obligations qui en découlent. Toutefois, ses revenus liés à l’exercice professionnel sont réduits de moitié, l’autre moitié étant attribuée par parts égales aux administrateurs provisoires associés ou non ou, s’il n’est pas commis d’administrateur provisoire, à ceux des associés exerçant au sein de la société qui n’ont pas fait l’objet d’une suspension provisoire de leurs fonctions.
