Article R814-156 of the French Commercial code

Within a fortnight of publication, a copy of this notice and a copy of the agreement underpinning the joint venture shall be delivered against receipt or sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the National Registration and Disciplinary Commission, which may, within a period of one month, give formal notice to the partners, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to amend the agreement in order to bring it into line with the rules applicable to the profession.

Dans la quinzaine de la publication, une copie de cet avis et un exemplaire de la convention qui fonde la société en participation sont remis contre récépissé ou expédiés par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception à la Commission nationale d’inscription et de discipline qui peut, dans un délai d’un mois, mettre en demeure les associés, par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, de modifier la convention pour la mettre en conformité avec les règles applicables à la profession.
