Article R814-35 of the French Commercial code

The court-appointed administrator or the court-appointed agent sends the statements provided for in the previous article within fifteen days of the end of the quarter to the registry of the commercial court and, where applicable, of the judicial court, as well as to the public prosecutor at the judicial court within whose jurisdiction he has his professional domicile, for all of his mandates. He sends the same statements to the clerk’s office of the commercial court and, where applicable, of the judicial court, as well as to the public prosecutors attached to the judicial courts within whose jurisdiction he has his branch office(s), for his mandates relating to these branch offices.

L’administrateur judiciaire ou le mandataire judiciaire adresse les états prévus à l’article précédent dans les quinze jours qui suivent l’achèvement du trimestre au greffe du tribunal de commerce et, s’il y a lieu, du tribunal judiciaire, ainsi qu’au procureur de la République près le tribunal judiciaire dans le ressort duquel il a son domicile professionnel, pour l’ensemble de ses mandats. Il adresse ces mêmes états au greffe du tribunal de commerce et, s’il y a lieu, du tribunal judiciaire, ainsi qu’aux procureurs de la République près les tribunaux judiciaires dans le ressort desquels il a son ou ses bureaux annexes, pour ses mandats concernant ces bureaux annexes.
