Article R814-58-6 of the French Commercial code

The personal data and information recorded in the electronic portal provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 814-2 are as follows:

1° In the case of debtors subject to safeguard, receivership or compulsory liquidation proceedings, the information mentioned in the fifth paragraph of Article R. 621-8 ;

2° In the case of the persons referred to in the first paragraph of Article L. 814-13, the information concerning them referred to in the fifth paragraph of Article R. 621-8;

3° In the case of third parties to whom or which the documents referred to in the second paragraph of Article L. 814-13, the data and information mentioned in the Annex to Article R. 814-58-2 and, where applicable, the data and information mentioned in the appendix to this article.

Les données à caractère personnel et informations enregistrées dans le portail électronique prévu au deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 814-2 sont les suivantes :

1° S’agissant des débiteurs soumis à une procédure de sauvegarde, de redressement judiciaire ou de liquidation judiciaire, les informations mentionnées au cinquième alinéa de l’article R. 621-8 ;

2° S’agissant des personnes mentionnées au premier alinéa de l’article L. 814-13, les informations les concernant mentionnées au cinquième alinéa de l’article R. 621-8 ;

3° S’agissant des tiers destinataires ou émetteurs des actes mentionnés au second alinéa de l’article L. 814-13, les données et informations mentionnées à l’annexe de l’article R. 814-58-2 ainsi que, le cas échéant, les données et informations mentionnées en annexe au présent article.
