Article R814-58-8 of the French Commercial code

The persons referred to in 2° and 3° of article R. 814-58-6 as well as their authorised employees or the persons to whom authority has been given to carry out the dematerialised procedural acts in question shall have access to the data and information referred to in article R. 814-58-6, relating to the procedural acts that they have transmitted or to which they have been sent, within the limits of their capacity, their powers and their need to know.

Les personnes mentionnées aux 2° et 3° de l’article R. 814-58-6 ainsi que leurs salariés habilités ou les personnes auxquelles a été donné pouvoir d’effectuer les actes de procédure dématérialisés en cause accèdent aux données et informations mentionnées à l’article R. 814-58-6, relatives aux actes de procédure qu’ils ont transmis ou dont ils ont été destinataires, dans la limite de leurs qualités, de leurs attributions et du besoin d’en connaître.
