Any change in the distribution or number of shares held by the members practising the profession or in the voting rights attached thereto, as well as any change in the articles of association, must be reported to the Commission nationale d’inscription et de discipline (National Registration and Disciplinary Commission) within thirty days, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, at the request of the company or at least one of the members concerned. The declaration shall be accompanied by a copy of the Articles of Association and any document enabling the agreement of the company or the other partners to be established where this is required.
If the amendment does not comply with the legislative or regulatory provisions, the commission may impose a deadline for regularisation; if regularisation has not been made within the deadline set, the commission shall, even of its own motion, order the removal from the list in the manner provided for registration.
