Article R814-70 of the French Commercial code

An ampliation of the decision to register the company on the list of court-appointed administrators or on the list of court-appointed agents is sent by the company’s partners to the registry of the court where the application for registration on the trade and companies register was filed.

On receipt of the ampliation, the registrar registers the company.

In the event of refusal of registration, he informs the National Registration and Disciplinary Commission.

Une ampliation de la décision d’inscription de la société sur la liste des administrateurs judiciaires ou sur celle des mandataires judiciaires est adressée par les associés de la société au greffe du tribunal où a été déposée la demande d’immatriculation au registre du commerce et des sociétés.

Au reçu de l’ampliation, le greffier procède à l’immatriculation de la société.

En cas de refus d’immatriculation, il en informe la Commission nationale d’inscription et de discipline.
