Article R814-97 of the French Commercial code

At the behest of the National Commission for Registration and Discipline, any final court decision declaring the company null and void shall be filed in the file opened in the name of the company at the registry responsible for keeping the register of commerce and companies.

A la diligence de la Commission nationale d’inscription et de discipline, toute décision judiciaire passée en force de chose jugée prononçant la nullité de la société fait l’objet d’un dépôt d’une de ses expéditions au dossier ouvert au nom de la société au greffe chargé de la tenue du registre du commerce et des sociétés.
