The nullity of the company may not be relied on as against third parties until the publication formalities provided for in Section 1 of Chapter III of Title II of Book I relating to the register of commerce and companies have been completed.

La nullité de la société n’est opposable aux tiers qu’à compter de l’accomplissement des formalités de publicité prévues par la section 1 du chapitre III du titre II du livre I relative au registre du commerce et des sociétés.
