Article R821-7 of the French Commercial code

The High Council reports on the performance of its missions and its resources in an annual report drawn up pursuant to Article 21 of Law no. 2017-55 of 20 January 2017 on the general status of independent administrative authorities and independent public authorities. Where applicable, the observations of the Government Commissioner are appended to this report.

The report is sent before 1 June to the Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and to Parliament. It is published on the High Council’s website.

The High Council publishes, in its annual report or on any other medium, the information referred to in Article 28 of Regulation (EU) No 537/2014.

Le Haut conseil rend compte de l’exercice de ses missions et de ses moyens dans un rapport annuel établi en application de l’article 21 de la loi n° 2017-55 du 20 janvier 2017 portant statut général des autorités administratives indépendantes et des autorités publiques indépendantes. Le cas échéant, les observations du commissaire du Gouvernement sont annexées à ce rapport.

Le rapport est adressé avant le 1er juin au garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice et au Parlement. Il est publié sur le site internet du Haut conseil.

Le Haut conseil publie, dans son rapport annuel ou sur tout autre support, les informations mentionnées à l’article 28 du règlement (UE) n° 537/2014.
