Article R822-15 of the French Consumer Code

The public establishment is subject to the provisions of Titles I and III of Decree No. 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 relating to public budgetary and accounting management, with the exception of 1° and 2° of Article 175, Articles 178 to 185,204 to 208 and 220 to 228.

The establishment is subject to State economic and financial control as provided for in the decree no. 55-733 of 26 May 1955 relating to State economic and financial control. It keeps analytical accounts.

L’établissement public est soumis aux dispositions des titres Ier et III du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique, à l’exception des 1° et 2° de l’article 175, des articles 178 à 185,204 à 208 et 220 à 228.

L’établissement est soumis au contrôle économique et financier de l’Etat prévu par le décret n° 55-733 du 26 mai 1955 relatif au contrôle économique et financier de l’Etat. Il tient une comptabilité analytique.
