Article R822-3 of the French Consumer Code

Each year, the National Consumer Institute draws up an activity report which includes, where applicable, proposals for legislative or regulatory amendments proposed by the commission referred to in Article L. 822-4. The opinions of this committee are appended to the report, together with the action taken on these opinions.

This report is presented to the President of the Republic and to Parliament. It is made public.

Article R822-3

L’Institut national de la consommation établit chaque année un rapport d’activité dans lequel figurent, le cas échéant, les propositions de modifications législatives ou réglementaires proposées par la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 822-4. Les avis de cette commission sont annexés au rapport ainsi que les suites données à ces avis.

Ce rapport est présenté au Président de la République et au Parlement. Il est rendu public.
