Article R822-30 of the French Consumer Code

The Commission’s opinions and recommendations are reasoned.
The chairman of the commission communicates the opinion or recommendation to the minister responsible for consumer affairs, to the ministers concerned, to the author of the referral and to the professionals heard during the investigation.
The Government Commissioner appointed under the conditions provided for by article R. 822-8 shall draw up a report each year and send it to the Commission set up by this same article on the action taken on the opinions and recommendations of the latter.

Les avis et recommandations de la commission sont motivés.
Le président de la commission communique l’avis ou la recommandation au ministre chargé de la consommation, aux ministres intéressés, à l’auteur de la saisine et aux professionnels entendus durant l’instruction.
Le commissaire du Gouvernement désigné dans les conditions prévues par l’article R. 822-8 établit chaque année et adresse à la commission instituée par ce même article un rapport sur les suites données aux avis et recommandations de cette dernière.
