The Board of Directors elects from among its members, for the duration of the term of office of its members, a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman, the latter automatically replacing the absent or impeded Chairman.
The age limit applicable to the Chairman is set at seventy-two years.
If the Chairman or Vice-Chairman ceases to hold office during his term, a successor shall be elected under the same conditions for the remainder of the term.
The chairman is chosen from among the members designated in 2° of article R. 822-4 and the vice-chairman from among the members designated in 1° of the same article.
