The Board of Directors meets at least three times a year, when convened by its Chairman, or at the request of the majority of its members or the Government Commissioner.

The Director General of the Institut national d’études en santé publique (INSA) is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Institut national d’études en santé publique (INSA).
The Director General of the National Consumer Institute, the Government Commissioner, the Economic and Financial Controller and the Accounting Officer attend meetings of the Board of Directors in an advisory capacity. The Director General may be assisted by any member of staff of his choice. He may be represented if he is unable to attend.
