After the close of each financial year, the managers shall draw up the company’s annual accounts and a report on the company’s results, in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Articles of Association.

The documents mentioned in the previous paragraph shall be submitted to the members’ meeting for approval within six months of the close of each financial year. To this end, they shall be sent to each member, together with the text of the proposed resolutions, at least fifteen days before the meeting and, at the latest, with the notice convening the meeting.

Après la clôture de chaque exercice, les gérants établissent, dans les conditions fixées par les statuts, les comptes annuels de la société et un rapport sur les résultats de celle-ci.

Les documents mentionnés à l’alinéa précédent sont soumis à l’approbation de l’assemblée des associés dans le délai de six mois qui suit la clôture de chaque exercice. A cette fin, ils sont adressés à chaque associé, avec le texte des résolutions proposées, quinze jours au moins avant la réunion de l’assemblée et, au plus tard, avec la convocation de cette assemblée.
