Article R823-21-1 of the French Commercial code

The supplementary report drawn up pursuant to III of article L. 823-16 is submitted to the specialised committee mentioned in article L. 823-19 or to the body performing the functions of this committee, no later than the date of signature of the report referred to in article R. 823-7.

At the request of the High Council, the statutory auditor shall provide it with this report without delay.

At the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) or the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR), the statutory auditor shall provide them with this report without delay when it relates to the certification of the accounts of a person or entity subject to the supervision of one of these authorities.

Le rapport complémentaire établi en application du III de l’article L. 823-16 est remis au comité spécialisé mentionné à l’article L. 823-19 ou à l’organe exerçant les fonctions de ce comité, au plus tard à la date de signature du rapport mentionné à l’article R. 823-7.

A la demande du Haut conseil, le commissaire aux comptes lui communique sans délai ce rapport.

A la demande de l’Autorité des marchés financiers ou de l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, le commissaire aux comptes leur communique sans délai ce rapport lorsqu’il a trait à la certification des comptes d’une personne ou d’une entité soumise au contrôle d’une de ces autorités.
