Article R824-10 of the French Commercial code

When the High Council receives the investigation report referred to in Article L. 824-8 from the General Rapporteur, its Chairman shall convene the members of the College, excluding the members of the restricted formation, in order to deliberate on the action to be taken on the report.

The general rapporteur or the investigator in charge of the case will be heard if the Board deems it necessary.

The College deliberates by a majority vote of the members present.

Lorsque le Haut conseil est saisi par le rapporteur général du rapport d’enquête mentionné à l’article L. 824-8, son président convoque les membres du collège, hors les membres de la formation restreinte, afin de délibérer sur les suites à donner au rapport.

Le rapporteur général ou l’enquêteur en charge du dossier est entendu si le collège l’estime nécessaire.

Le collège délibère à la majorité des voix des membres présents.
