Article R824-13 of the French Commercial code

A copy of the statement of objections together with a copy of the investigation report and the investigation file is forwarded for referral by the general rapporteur to the chairman of the restricted panel as soon as it is sent to the accused person.

The final report together with the observations of the accused person and the entire file is sent by the general rapporteur to the chairman of the restricted panel.

The general rapporteur sends a copy of the final report to the person being prosecuted, under the conditions mentioned in Article R. 824-1.

Une copie de la notification des griefs accompagnée d’une copie du rapport d’enquête et du dossier d’enquête est transmise pour saisine par le rapporteur général au président de la formation restreinte dès son envoi à la personne poursuivie.

Le rapport final accompagné des observations de la personne poursuivie et de l’entier dossier est adressé par le rapporteur général au président de la formation restreinte.

Le rapporteur général adresse une copie du rapport final à la personne poursuivie, dans les conditions mentionnées à l’article R. 824-1.
