The person being prosecuted is summoned to appear before the panel no less than one month before the date of the meeting.
The president of the regional compagnie des commissaires aux comptes to which the person being prosecuted reports is notified of the meeting and of his right to ask to be heard.
The summons mentions the composition of the panel. It shall inform the person being prosecuted of the right to be heard, in person or represented by counsel. It states that written observations must reach the panel and the general rapporteur no later than eight clear days before the hearing.
When the case is referred to a subsequent hearing, the minimum notice period may be reduced to seven days.
