The full jurisdiction appeal to the Conseil d’Etat is lodged under the conditions laid down by the Code of Administrative Justice.

The chairman of the High Council or the person sanctioned may lodge a cross-appeal within two months of being notified of the initial appeal.

Le recours de pleine juridiction devant le Conseil d’Etat est formé dans les conditions prévues par le code de justice administrative.

Le président du Haut conseil ou la personne sanctionnée peut former un recours incident dans un délai de deux mois à compter de la notification qui lui est faite du recours initial.
