When the general rapporteur or an investigator entrusts an auditor registered on the list mentioned in 5° of Article L. 824-5 the performance of verifications or investigative acts, it shall draw up a mission order indicating the identity of its holder and the verifications and acts authorised.
The statutory auditor referred to in the first paragraph may receive remuneration from the High Council in this respect, on the basis of an hourly rate and a number of hours set by the High Council, on a proposal as regards the number of hours, from the general rapporteur.
Before carrying out his assignment, the statutory auditor thus appointed shall certify to the general rapporteur that he meets the conditions referred to in II of Article R. 824-2.
The statutory auditor shall present the engagement order to any person with whom he carries out an investigative act.
He may carry out the acts and hearings provided for in articles R. 824-4 and R. 824-5 when they are decided by the general rapporteur or by an investigator and carried out under the latter’s supervision.
He shall comply with the requirements set out in Articles R. 824-3 to R. 824-5.
He shall draw up minutes of the acts carried out.
He shall be entitled to reimbursement of his travel and subsistence expenses under the conditions set out in the Haut Conseil’s rules of procedure.
