Article R8291-3 of the French Labour Code

The costs involved in managing the building and public works professional identification card are covered by a fee, the amount of which is set by the union mentioned in article R. 8291-2 and charged to the employers mentioned in the first, second, third and fourth paragraphs of article R. 8291-1 or, where applicable, to the companies using seconded temporary employees. The proceeds of this fee may not be used to finance other tasks entrusted to the union of funds mentioned in Article R. 8291-2.

Les charges afférentes à la gestion de la carte d’identification professionnelle du bâtiment et des travaux publics sont couvertes par une redevance dont le montant est fixé par l’union mentionnée à l’article R. 8291-2 et mise à la charge des employeurs mentionnés aux premier, deuxième, troisième et quatrième alinéas de l’article R. 8291-1 ou, le cas échéant, des entreprises utilisatrices de salariés intérimaires détachés. Le produit de cette redevance ne peut être affecté au financement d’autres missions confiées à l’union des caisses mentionnée à l’article R. 8291-2.
