The costs involved in managing the building and public works professional identification card are covered by a fee, the amount of which is set by the union mentioned in article R. 8291-2 and charged to the employers mentioned in the first, second, third and fourth paragraphs of article R. 8291-1 or, where applicable, to the companies using seconded temporary employees. The personal data collected by the union of funds mentioned in Article R. 8291-2 as part of the management of the professional identification card for employees in the building and public works sector may not be used for purposes other than those defined by this Title.

Each year, the union of funds mentioned in article R. 8291-2 draws up a report on the application of this system and sends it to the Minister for Employment.

Amendments to the articles of association of the union of funds referred to in article R. 8291-2 required for the issue, updating and management of the card are approved by the Minister of Labour.
