Article R. 713-9 reads as follows:
“Art. R. 713-9.-Applications are declared in writing to the prefecture.
“Declarations of candidacy are admissible from the day set by the order convening the electorate provided for in article R. 713-6 and until the fortieth day preceding the last day of voting at 12 noon.
“The declaration of candidacy shall state the surname, first names, gender, date and place of birth of the candidate from the college representing trade, industry and services, his/her nationality, the company name and address of the company in which he/she carries out his/her duties, the college in which he/she is standing and his/her registration number on the electoral roll.
“Each candidate shall certify to the Prefect, in the form of a declaration on his honour, that he fulfils the conditions of eligibility listed in article L. 713-4 and that he is not subject to any of the disqualifications provided for in article L. 713-3.
“Each candidate from the college representing activities in the agricultural sector must certify to the Prefect, in the form of a declaration on their honour, that they meet the conditions laid down in C of I of article R. 917-17.
“Each candidate from the college representing activities in the trades and crafts sector certifies to the prefect, in the form of a declaration on their honour, that they meet the conditions provided for in B of I of Article R. 917-17. “
