Article R917-20 of the French Commercial code

In the third paragraph of Article R. 713-12, the words “the Minister of Justice and the Minister responsible for overseeing chambers of commerce and industry” are replaced by the words “the Minister of Justice, the Minister responsible for overseeing chambers of commerce and industry, the Minister responsible for overseeing chambers of agriculture, the Minister responsible for overseeing chambers of trade and craft trades and the Minister responsible for overseas departments and territories”.
