Article R93-3 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The doctors’ fees and interpreters’ allowances referred to in 9° of II of Article R. 93 are liquidated in accordance with the conditions laid down respectively in article R. 117 and to Article R. 122. These costs remain the responsibility of the State.
