Article R937-7 of the French Commercial code

In the second paragraph of Article R. 723-6, the words: “until 6 p.m. on the twentieth day preceding that of the counting of votes in the first ballot” are replaced by the words: “until the twentieth day preceding that of the ballot”.

In the third paragraph of the same article, the words: “provided for in 1° to 4° of Article L. 723-2 and Articles L. 722-6-1, L. 722-6-2 and L. 723-7” are replaced by the words: “provided for in 1° to 5° of Article L. 723-2 and Articles L. 722-6-1, L. 722-6-2 and L. 723-7 as they apply in New Caledonia”.

Au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 723-6, les mots : ” jusqu’à 18 heures le vingtième jour précédant celui du dépouillement du premier tour de scrutin ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” jusqu’au vingtième jour précédant celui du scrutin “.

Au troisième alinéa du même article, les mots : ” prévues aux 1° à 4° de l’article L. 723-2 et aux articles L. 722-6-1, L. 722-6-2 et L. 723-7 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” prévues aux 1° à 5° de l’article L. 723-2 et aux articles L. 722-6-1, L. 722-6-2 et L. 723-7 dans leur rédaction applicable en Nouvelle-Calédonie “.
