Article R947-7 of the French Commercial code

In the second paragraph of Article R. 723-6, the words: “until 6 p.m. on the twentieth day preceding that of the counting of votes in the first ballot” are replaced by the words “until the twentieth day preceding that of the ballot”.

In the third paragraph of the same article, the words: “provided for in 1° to 4° of Article L. 723-2 and Articles L. 722-6-1, L. 722-6-2 and L. 723-7” are replaced by the words: “provided for in 1° to 4° of Article L. 723-2 and Articles L. 722-6-1, L. 722-6-2 and L. 723-7 as they apply in French Polynesia”.

Au deuxième alinéa de l’article R. 723-6, les mots : ” jusqu’à 18 heures le vingtième jour précédant celui du dépouillement du premier tour de scrutin ” sont remplacés par les mots ” jusqu’au vingtième jour précédant celui du scrutin “.

Au troisième alinéa du même article, les mots : ” prévues aux 1° à 4° de l’article L. 723-2 et aux articles L. 722-6-1, L. 722-6-2 et L. 723-7 ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” prévues aux 1° à 4° de l’article L. 723-2 et aux articles L. 722-6-1, L. 722-6-2 et L. 723-7 dans leur rédaction applicable en Polynésie française “.
