In the fourth paragraph of Article L. 462-7: 1° In the first sentence, the words: “, a national competition authority of another Member State of the European Union or the European Commission” are deleted; 2° In the last sentence, the words: “these authorities” are replaced by the words: “the Authority”.
At Article L. 462-8, the fourth and fifth paragraphs are deleted and, in the last paragraph, the words: “or divestments made by the European Commission” are deleted.

For the application of Article L. 611-7, L. 626-6, L. 643-3 and L. 643-11,the institutions governed by Book IX of the Social Security Code are the local supplementary or supplementary retirement or provident institutions, provided for by the provisions applicable in the Wallis and Futuna Islands and relating to social security and protection schemes.
